I'm Daria, I?m a 26 year old lawyer and I live in a lovely big apartment. My previous housemate recently bought a place, so i'm looking for a new tidy professional aged around about 25-35, to come share my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment.
The flat is bright and sunny with a pretty balcony, renovated kitchen, a large open shared area and a car space. We're located close to the Wollstonecraft train station and a 10 min walk up to Crows Nest shops.
We're not allowed any pets and I would prefer it if you didn't smoke. It costs $285/wk plus bills which usually are $250/per quarter.
