Corporate Appointment Setter - flexi hours - awesome bonuses! in CROWS NEST, New South Wales
We are an award winning, friendly and vibrant marketing and advertising company based in Crows Nest.
To support current growth of the business we are looking for a dynamic Appointment Setter to drive new leads and sales support work with the current Sales team.
The Role:
• Business to business corporate appointment setting – calling big well known brands and advertising agencies. No weekend calling, no nights – ever! Flexible business hours between Monday to Friday only
• Research new contacts (with some support from the sales team to guide you) and utilise our extensive database of existing contacts to find Marketing Managers who are good prospects.
• Confidently call and professionally overcome objections to persuade Marketing Managers to pitch our services and get appointments for our small sales team
• Other ad hoc duties to support the existing team and MD
What's Involved:
• Part time between 9am-5pm weekdays - hours negotiable (no weekends or nights ever!)
• Primarily cold calling with some following up of leads and existing contacts
• No closing sales or negotiation involved - setting appointments only
• Training and support provided
• Excellent remuneration ($27-$29 per hour) plus great bonuses based on appointments seen.
You:
• Must have at least one year of call centre or similar experience working in a fast paced environment
• Accomplished calling large companies doing business appointment setting and getting results – you must be confident on the phone!
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding appointment setting targets.
• Hungry to make great bonuses
• This is a long term role for advanced English speaker – please no short term visas
• Experience with Saleforce.com and Sugar CRM systems an advantage
• Great ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to be part of a small friendly happy team in Crows Nest!
